Delivery Policy

Service Delivery Policy

Effective Date: September 17, 2026

Welcome to MarshalHost.

Because our products consist primarily of digital web hosting infrastructure, server resources, domain registrations, business email, and related technology services, we do not ship physical products or tangible goods.

This Service Delivery Policy explains how MarshalHost provisions, activates, and delivers digital services to customers, including the expected activation time, delivery channels, potential delays, and customer responsibilities.

1. Digital Service Delivery

All MarshalHost services are delivered electronically.

After successful payment verification and completion of any required security or account verification, the purchased service is provisioned to the customer’s MarshalHost account.

Depending on the service, delivery may include:

  • Hosting account activation

  • Client-area access

  • Control-panel access

  • Server information

  • DNS/name server information

  • Domain registration information

  • VPS or server credentials

  • Business email configuration

  • Service activation notifications

  • Other information necessary to use the purchased service

No physical product is shipped as part of our standard hosting services.

2. Delivery Methods & Notifications

MarshalHost uses multiple digital channels to provide service information and activation notifications.

Primary — MarshalHost Client Area

Your MarshalHost Client Area is the primary location for managing your services.

Once a service is activated, relevant information may become available within your secure dashboard, including:

  • Active services

  • Hosting management tools

  • Control-panel access

  • Billing information

  • Domain information

  • Server details

  • Support requests

  • Service configuration options

Customers should use the Client Area as the primary source for current service information.

Automated Email

Following successful service activation, MarshalHost may send a service-related email to your registered email address.

Depending on the product, the email may contain:

  • Service activation confirmation

  • Hosting information

  • Server IP address

  • Name servers

  • Control-panel access information

  • Setup instructions

  • Important service information

For security reasons, sensitive credentials may not be included in plain text where a more secure access method is available.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address registered with their MarshalHost account.

SMS & WhatsApp Notifications

Where available and where the customer has opted in, MarshalHost may send service-related notifications through SMS or WhatsApp.

These notifications may include:

  • Order confirmation

  • Payment confirmation

  • Service activation status

  • Important service alerts

  • Support-related notifications

SMS and WhatsApp are supplementary communication channels and should not be considered the primary location for accessing account credentials or service configuration.

MarshalHost will not intentionally expose sensitive account credentials through insecure notification channels.

Live Chat

For urgent orders, manual provisioning, payment verification, migration assistance, or other exceptional situations, our support team may provide relevant service instructions through the MarshalHost website’s live chat system.

Customers may be required to complete appropriate account verification before service information is disclosed.

3. Service Activation & Estimated Delivery Times

Activation times depend on the type of service purchased, payment method, verification requirements, and infrastructure availability.

The following are our general estimated fulfillment times:

Service Estimated Activation
Shared Hosting Instant to approximately 15 minutes
WordPress Hosting Instant to approximately 15 minutes
Business Hosting Instant to approximately 30 minutes
Reseller Hosting Instant to approximately 30 minutes
VPS / Cloud Services Approximately 10–60 minutes
Domain Registration Usually immediate after successful registration
Business Email Usually within minutes to several hours
Dedicated Servers Approximately 24–72 business hours

These are estimated fulfillment periods, not guaranteed delivery deadlines, unless a particular product explicitly provides a guaranteed provisioning timeframe.

4. Domain Registration & DNS Propagation

Domain registration is generally processed shortly after successful payment and completion of any required verification.

Although a domain may become registered quickly, DNS changes do not necessarily become visible worldwide immediately.

DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours in some circumstances, depending on DNS caching, Internet Service Providers, nameserver changes, TTL values, and other external factors.

MarshalHost does not control DNS caching or propagation performed by third-party networks.

A domain registration confirmation therefore does not necessarily mean that the website will be immediately accessible from every location worldwide.

5. VPS & Cloud Service Provisioning

VPS and cloud environments require server-side provisioning and configuration.

Depending on the selected configuration, deployment may include:

  • Operating system installation

  • Network configuration

  • IP allocation

  • Resource allocation

  • Security configuration

  • Control-panel installation

  • Additional software deployment

Most VPS and cloud services are expected to become available within 10–60 minutes after successful payment and verification.

More complex configurations may require additional time.

6. Dedicated Server Delivery

Dedicated servers require physical hardware allocation and infrastructure preparation.

Provisioning may include:

  • Hardware allocation

  • Operating system installation

  • IP address allocation

  • Network configuration

  • Security configuration

  • Server testing

  • Control-panel installation where applicable

  • Custom configuration

The typical estimated provisioning period is 24–72 business hours.

Custom hardware configurations, special software requirements, network arrangements, inventory limitations, or additional verification may require more time.

Where a significant delay is expected, MarshalHost will make reasonable efforts to communicate the updated status.

7. Manual Payment Orders

Services purchased through manual payment methods will generally not be provisioned until the payment has been successfully verified.

This may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile financial services

  • Manual local payment

  • Other offline payment methods

Customers should provide the required payment reference or transaction information where requested.

Provisioning begins after our billing team confirms successful receipt and clearance of the payment.

8. Fraud Prevention & Security Verification

MarshalHost uses automated and manual security measures to help detect fraudulent transactions, account abuse, and suspicious activity.

An order may be temporarily placed on hold if our systems identify indicators such as:

  • Unusual login or ordering behavior

  • High-risk network activity

  • Billing and account information inconsistencies

  • Suspicious payment activity

  • Multiple conflicting account details

  • Other indicators requiring verification

A security review does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing.

Where verification is required, customers may be contacted through their registered communication channel.

Service provisioning will continue once the required verification has been successfully completed.

9. Delivery Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Although MarshalHost aims to provide fast and automated service activation, delivery may occasionally take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Possible causes include:

  • Payment verification delays

  • Fraud-prevention checks

  • Hardware availability

  • Network configuration

  • Software deployment issues

  • Data-center maintenance

  • Third-party infrastructure problems

  • Domain registry delays

  • DNS propagation

  • Payment gateway issues

  • Telecom service interruptions

  • Force majeure events

Estimated activation times may therefore change depending on circumstances outside MarshalHost’s reasonable control.

10. Third-Party Communication Services

SMS, WhatsApp, email delivery, payment gateways, domain registries, and other external platforms may experience delays or service interruptions.

MarshalHost is not responsible for delays caused exclusively by third-party communication or infrastructure providers.

Where a notification is delayed, customers can normally access important service information through the MarshalHost Client Area.

11. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and timely service delivery, customers must:

  • Provide accurate account information

  • Maintain a valid email address

  • Keep their telephone number updated

  • Monitor their registered email account

  • Complete required verification promptly

  • Provide accurate payment information

  • Respond to security or billing verification requests

  • Keep account credentials secure

  • Check the Client Area for service updates

Customers are responsible for ensuring that messages from MarshalHost are not blocked by their email provider, spam filter, SMS system, or communication application.

12. Incorrect Customer Information

Delays may occur where customers provide incorrect or incomplete information.

This may include:

  • Incorrect email address

  • Incorrect telephone number

  • Incomplete billing information

  • Incorrect payment references

  • Incorrect domain information

  • Missing verification documents where legally or operationally required

MarshalHost will make reasonable efforts to contact customers when additional information is required.

13. Service Credentials & Account Security

Service credentials are provided through appropriate digital channels according to the security requirements of the relevant service.

Customers must not share account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

Where supported, customers should use secure authentication methods such as:

  • Strong passwords

  • Two-factor authentication

  • Secure password managers

  • Account security controls

MarshalHost may restrict the disclosure of sensitive information until sufficient account verification has been completed.

14. Service Handover

A service is considered digitally delivered when the relevant service has been provisioned and made available to the customer’s account or when the required service access information has been made available through an authorized delivery channel.

Examples include:

Hosting: Account successfully activated and accessible.

VPS: Virtual server successfully deployed and access information provided.

Dedicated Server: Allocated server provisioned and access information made available.

Domain: Registration successfully completed and domain assigned to the customer’s account.

Business Email: Mail service provisioned and configuration information provided.

Customers should contact support promptly if they cannot access an activated service.

15. Failed or Delayed Provisioning

If a service cannot be provisioned within a reasonable period because of a technical or operational issue, MarshalHost may:

  • Investigate the issue

  • Reattempt provisioning

  • Provide an alternative configuration

  • Offer an alternative service where appropriate

  • Provide an account credit or other remedy where applicable

  • Process a refund where required under the applicable Refund Policy

Any remedy will depend on the specific service, circumstances, and applicable policies.

16. Upgrades and Additional Services

Additional services, upgrades, licenses, server resources, IP addresses, domains, and other add-ons may have separate provisioning times.

The estimated delivery time for an upgrade may differ from the original service activation time.

Customers will be notified when additional provisioning is complete where applicable.

17. Service Availability After Delivery

Once a service has been successfully delivered, its ongoing availability is governed by the applicable:

  • Terms of Service

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Acceptable Use Policy

  • Product-specific terms

  • Maintenance policies

Delivery of a service does not constitute a guarantee that the customer’s website, application, or third-party software will operate without interruption.

18. Digital-Only Service

MarshalHost does not normally ship physical products.

Our services are delivered electronically through:

  • Client Area

  • Control panels

  • Email

  • Server access

  • DNS systems

  • Digital domain registration

  • Online support

  • Other applicable digital channels

Accordingly, there are no physical shipping fees, courier deliveries, or physical delivery addresses associated with standard MarshalHost hosting services.

19. Policy Updates

MarshalHost may update this Service Delivery Policy as our services, technologies, infrastructure, communication channels, and business processes evolve.

The latest version will be published on the MarshalHost website.

The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the current version.
